How much does a trial class cost?
A trial class costs ₹499 for 45 minutes. It is a live lesson between one student and one teacher on Google Meet.
How much do regular lessons cost?
Each teacher sets an hourly fee, which is displayed on the profile before you pay anything.
Can I get a refund on the trial class?
Yes. Ask within 48 hours after the lesson time and the ₹499 is refunded in full. Open your student dashboard and press Request Refund; the money goes back through Razorpay to the payment method you used, normally in a few business days.
What if the teacher does not reply?
A teacher gets 3 days to accept or decline. If there is no response, your request is cancelled and the amount is returned in full.
How early can I schedule a lesson?
Between 2 hours and 21 days in advance, inside the time slots a teacher has opened.
Which language will lessons be in?
English, Hinglish or Hindi. Every profile lists what that teacher speaks.
